These chains feature advanced grease-sealed joint technology to enhance pin and bushing retention. The links are engineered with increased pin-to-link and bushing-to-link contact areas, while additional wear material on the links extends overall component service life.

A dedicated Vanrock heat-treatment process ensures uniform surface hardness, deep hardened layers, and strong core strength, improving overall reliability in demanding mining conditions.

Pins and bushings are manufactured with precise dimensional compatibility to guarantee optimal track joint performance and sealing efficiency for grease-sealed chains.
