CHISEL PASTE FEATURES

Vanrock Chisel Paste is specifically crafted to lubricate wear bushings in breakers, mitigating wear and tool breakages. Chisel Paste’s enhanced cooling minimizes friction and cold welding, significantly reducing seizures, often precursors to breakages. Moreover, it’s ideal for underwater applications.
Within the hydraulic breaker, temperatures can soar to 1100°C under extreme loads. Standard greases, while suitable for bearings, liquefy and dissipate at such high temperatures. However, our Chisel Paste maintains its lubricating properties, remaining fully active regardless of the breaker’s internal or external temperatures.
With its higher viscosity, Vanrock Chisel Paste boasts up to 30% greater efficiency compared to other market products. This lubricant doesn’t dissipate; it remains in place, effectively safeguarding your equipment from damage.
