EXCAVATOR REQUIREMENTS
The Soil stabilization system requires customers to provide their own excavators for equipment, with guidance available from Vanrock during the selection process.
When choosing the right excavator for construction, it’s crucial to consider various factors, such as the weight of both the power mixer and the excavator, as well as the soil’s suction capacity. If the excavator is too light and the soil too soft, there’s a risk of the power mixer becoming stuck; conversely, if the excavator is too heavy, it could pose safety hazards due to the construction site’s capacity limitations. Drawing from both historical projects and professional expertise, it’s recommended to opt for an excavator weighing over 20 tons when solidifying shallow layers exceeding 1 meter in depth.
